# Review Audit History

**Audit History** helps administrators answer who performed an action, what changed and when it happened.

Open **Administration**, then **Audit History**. You can search by name, action or summary and filter the results by record or actor type.

Entries can identify actions performed by:

* signed-in staff users;
* paired station devices; and
* the Memberply system.

Audit records are isolated to your organisation. They support accountability and investigation but do not replace your organisation's own legal or regulatory record-retention requirements.
