# Sign in or reset your password

## Sign in

1. Open your organisation's Memberply Community address, such as `your-community.memberplyhub.net`.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Select **Sign in**.

Each organisation has its own address. Use the address provided by your organisation administrator.

## Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, select **Forgot password?**
2. Enter your email address and submit the form.
3. Open the password reset email and follow the link.
4. Enter and confirm your new password.

Passwords must contain at least 6 characters. If the email does not arrive, check your junk or spam folder before requesting another one.

For security, reset links expire and can only be used once.
