# Reports

Open **Reports** to understand participation and reconcile separately charged activities.

1. Choose the reporting period.
2. Select the required report view:
   * attendance overview;
   * attendance by activity;
   * activity payments; or
   * individual attendance history.
3. Search or filter the results where available.
4. Export the current report to CSV when you need to work with it in a spreadsheet.

Payment reporting separates paid, outstanding and waived charges and totals each currency separately. Reversed check-ins remain auditable but are excluded from attendance totals.

If **Reports** is not visible, your role does not have the Attendance reports permission.
