If the old screen remains, refresh the page or clear the site's stored cookies before retrying. ## Memberply cannot connect Check that the device has internet access, then select **Try again**. If other websites work but Memberply does not, wait briefly and retry before contacting support. ## An option is missing from the menu Memberply hides pages that your role cannot use. Ask an organisation administrator to review your roles and permissions. ## A record cannot be deleted Read the confirmation message for the specific record. When history must be retained, archive, deactivate, end or cancel the record instead. ## A schedule cannot be saved Check the start and end dates and times. If an area is selected, make sure another session is not already using it during the same period. When asking for help, include the page you were using, what you selected and the full error message.
